I use to be 57 kgs in 2012. Suddenly, I have gained so much
of fat.
My problem area is my thighs and lower abs. I look double of
my age now and still unmarried. I have
reached to 75 kgs and I want to be 57 again.
I have joined gym and yoga etc. But, something has gone
wrong with my body that I’m not able to reduce my weight.
