Child doesn't eat well

I have a one and half year old daughter who doesn't eat. She is underweight.

She doesn't like anything at all, even junk foods. Her water intake is also less. She takes 2 hours to eat.

Often she has cough and phlegm problem. We stay in UAE. So, can’t avoid AC. I have fan in bedroom just for her.
