Like to gain weight

I am underweight and I would like to gain weight. I am not obsessed with my goal, though it will be good if it happens.

I am kind of confused because you told before that Pran Mudra is necessary, but you also said to some other person to do Prithvi Mudra.

If I have to do Pran mudra for weight, should I do standard Pran mudra or variation (when one has to bend index and middle fingers?

Besides, can I do, for example, Pran Mudra for more than 45-50 minutes?

Right now I chant “BEECH WILLOW PINE”. Is it suitable for weight increase?

PRAN MUDRA – the thumb touches tips of little and ring fingers on both the hands. You can do for 45 minutes.

You can chant “BEECH, WILLOW, CRAB APPLE”.
